LEGAL - As per law of Government of India (Indian Arms Act 1959 & Indian Arms Rule 1962) there is no clause for sale & use of Bullet Proof Body armor & other Bullet Proof or Blast Proof Products in India. As we are a responsible company who always co-operate with Law & Enforcement Agencies in India & Abroad, we have restricted policy for sale of these products. Body Armor is a purely defensive item but, regardless, we are very sensitive to the possibility of vests being misused by criminals. By buying a vest from us, you certify that you are law-abiding, of adult age, and have no felony convictions. We do not sell to felons or minors. We cooperate with law enforcement to stop the use of vests by criminals. Hence we reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone, in our sole discretion. By buying body armor you guarantee that you are not legally prohibited from owning firearms, or body armor, and also that you are not associated with any criminal group, in any way, and have only a lawful purpose for owning body armor. By buying Armor you assume ALL risks of use or misuse, and agree not to hold us liable in any way. The buyer has to make sure that the product purchased by him will be used by him alone & he will not rent it or let to use by other person for any reason. We do not cover any consequential damages, and our liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective goods. Purchaser covenants and agrees that the purchaser or his heirs, agents, assigns shall NEVER bring any action in any court of law. USE - We have a very wide range of products & different levels of protection. The purchaser has to choose the outer looks as per his choice & decide the protection level as per the threat expected by him. We always help every purchase to guide all technical terms. Every purchase has to make his concepts clear & understand the different threat levels as per the guidelines defined by International Institutes before selecting the product. The purchase is sole responsible for any consequences arises if the protection level selected is lower than the threat level of attack. PRIVACY -
Your privacy is respected. We will never abuse the privilege of calling you, or sending you email, and will unsubscribe you promptly from the newsletter, if ever requested. Finally, your order is shipped in a discreet package from “MAGNA”, without specific identification of the contents (to help prevent theft in transit). However, we do cooperate with law enforcement to stop the use of Body Armor by criminals. For example, if we receive credible evidence that you have used your Body Armor in a criminal activity (or have sold it to a criminal) we WILL share information with the appropriate legal authorities.
